1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd369 ("bd369", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bd369.net. 1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation, the English-language version of these Terms shall take precedence. bd369 is an English-language platform targeting the Bangladesh market, and all formal communications between bd369 and players will be conducted in English.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. bd369 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will conduct identity checks at registration and prior to processing significant withdrawals.

If bd369 discovers or reasonably suspects that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all funds deposited by the underage player will be returned via the original payment method, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be voided.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Registration Requirements

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on bd369 at any given time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bd369 will close all duplicate accounts without notice, void any bonuses associated with those accounts, and may withhold or confiscate funds held in the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd369 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bd369 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account during BST banking hours.

bd369 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are the player's responsibility. bd369 will not reimburse third-party transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case bd369 will contact you to arrange an alternative. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 3 business hours during BST banking hours.

Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 in a single transaction or ৳25,000 in a calendar month are processed. bd369 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed or declined in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification is incomplete or documentation has not been submitted;
• The account has been flagged for suspicious activity or potential fraud;
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been fulfilled;
• The withdrawal amount is derived from a payment method not registered to the account holder;
• The account is under a self-imposed or platform-imposed restriction.

4.5 Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider while funds are present in your bd369 account constitutes a breach of these Terms. bd369 reserves the right to suspend the account, recover the disputed amount from the account balance, and pursue recovery through available legal channels. 6 Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Casino Games

7 User Obligations

8.3 Self-Exclusion
